EASA Part-M athugasemdir

EASA auglýsir eftir athugasemdum við innleiðingu á Part-M fyrir almannaflugið.

Við hjá FÍE / AOPA á íslandi viljum hvetja félagsmenn til að senda út sín svör við eftirfarandi spurningum frá EASA. Svörin skulu sendast á netfangið:  part-m_ga@easa.europa.eu  


Hér fyrir neðan er tilkynning frá EASA þar sem auglýst er eftir athugasemdum frá flugiðnaðinum sem og tilllögum til úrbóta.  Fyrirhugaður er vinnuhópsfundur hjá EASA varðandi innleiðinguna á Part-M í almannaflugi í sept/október 2011 þar sem farið verður yfir atriði er varða þessa innleiðingu.

For proper workshop preparation the Agency seeks to collect feedback on the effectiveness and proportionality of Part-M requirements for General Aviation, ahead of the workshop.  You are therefore kindly invited to submit comments in relation to Part-M implementation in the area of General Aviation including when possible not only the problem but also the proposed solutions.  Some issues where we are partivularly interested in receiving feedback are the following:

  1. Format of the rules
  2. Generic maintenance programmes and indirect approval procedures.
  3. Approval / acceptance of repairs and modifications.
  4. Acceptance of components from US and Canada.
  5. Scope of work authorised to the Pilot-owner.
  6. Scope of work authorised to independent certifying staff.
  7. Licensing requirements for certifying staff.
  8. Qualification and position (incompatibilities) requirements for airworthiness review staff.
  9. Performance of the airworthiness review and issuance of ARC / recommendation.
  10. Aircraft Continuing Airworthiness Monitoring (ACAM) programme for General Aviation aircraft (only for competent authorities).
